Overview
Live CSS selector results with on-page highlights and a match inspector
https://github.com/metaory/live-css-queries Type CSS selectors on the page you are building. Live CSS Queries highlights matches as you type. A bottom input bar and a right-side match panel list each hit: tag, id, classes, attributes, and a text snippet. Click a row to scroll to that element. Hover a row to preview the highlight on the page. Turn the tool on from the extension icon or Alt+S (rebind at chrome://extensions/shortcuts). Type any valid CSS selector. Escape clears a non-empty input and focuses it; press Escape again to close. Copy the selector from the bar or with Ctrl/Cmd+C when the input has no selection. Invalid selectors show an inline error. Prior results stay until you fix the query. The panel lists up to 150 matches. Highlights cap at 500. The tool runs only after you turn it on. No accounts, no analytics, nothing leaves your device. PRIVACY No personal data collected or transmitted. Copy runs on your click; text goes to the system clipboard. Per-tab on/off stays in session storage until you quit the browser. SITE ACCESS Script injects after you click the toolbar icon or press Alt+C on that tab. No background read. On-page changes: toast and Alt-mode outline only.
