Dear Trisha, This extension is created by our studio: Beffroi Studio on a mark named Raccourci.TOP, which is a one-stop shortcut platform that delivers the latest products, essential information and popular AI tools. For the very beta version of our software, we currently can only offer 30 minutes per user given that they are legit Chrome/Edge user (to prevent abuse to our AI service endpoint and ensure faire usage). We strike to bring down the plan cost and democratize the access to Audio AI service for future users (Since a lot of languages spoken by fewer people, often in developing country, lack of access to them) For longer usage, you will need to have a valid API key by purchasing a plan, of which our payment processor STRIPE will take care. Doesn't work. You have to login to your google or microsoft account before you can use it, already making this a 1/5 star extension. But then a 500 error pops up. Extension is useless. Would give 0/5 if I could.

You can either choose to be on a free plan with google/microsoft account, or purchase an API license key. Error popup: could you provide more details about the errors? (It could be due to various reasons: lack of permissions, server issue, ip issue, etc.) so that we can double check if there are any restrictions with the upstream service. Due to policy of upstream service, a list of several countries may not be able to access to Audio AI service. It really works at pick the sound but the translation is kind a meh. also I wish the font color was customable. because sometimes it hard to see the text. but overall it good

would be great if there was a tutorial on how to use it, but after figuring it out it was a life saver! thank you so much

It does not work. Tried to use it for Netflix. It doesn't work at all. There is no support page for troubleshooting at all.
