For many tasks where we use AI, we don't really need a powerful model. Sometimes, we just want to proofread something, adjust the tone of a text, translate, or summarize. Also, many of us care about our privacy and don't want to share our personal data with large AI companies. Little Helper is an app designed to assist you with these small, everyday tasks directly in your browser. Just call your Little Helper whenever you need a little assistance! You can also share your documents with Little Helper. It will create a searchable database from your files and use this information to provide more relevant, context-aware answers to your questions. Little Helper uses Ollama to run AI models locally and ChromaDB for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Everything runs on your own computer, and your data is never sent to external servers.
