Open a supported job posting to tailor your resume from your real experience, fill factual application fields, and draft outreach to a relevant person at the company. You review what Litos prepared. You decide what happens next. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a job posting on a supported career site. 2. Litos reads that posting and tailors your resume using only the experience and facts you provided. 3. Litos fills supported factual fields such as your name, contact details, links, education, and work history. 4. Litos leaves personal decisions and blocked steps for you, with a clear explanation of what needs attention. 5. When supported, Litos can prepare an outreach draft for you to review. AUTO-SUBMIT IS OPTIONAL Auto-submit is a real opt-in feature. It is disabled unless you turn it on. Even after you enable it, it works only on supported application routes and only when the application is complete enough to continue safely. Litos stops and returns control to you when it finds: - A missing or conflicting answer - A legal, privacy, consent, certification, or attestation question - A demographic or voluntary self-identification question - A work-authorization, visa-sponsorship, citizenship, or location-commitment question - A salary decision or another answer that depends on the role or jurisdiction - An essay, open-ended response, take-home task, or document request - A CAPTCHA or request to prove you are human - Account creation, sign-in, password, email verification, or one-time passcode steps - An unsupported page, uncertain control, or missing confirmation of submission You can cancel during the visible countdown. Turning on Auto-submit does not mean every application will be submitted, and it does not make unsupported routes autonomous. HOW MUCH HELP YOU GET ON A GIVEN PAGE Coverage depends on the employer's application system and the exact page being shown. Litos explains which level applies on the page you are viewing. - Conditional Auto-submit. Available on a limited set of application routes, and only when the exact route, required fields, challenge checks, consent checks, and confirmation checks all pass. - Attended factual fill. Litos fills the fields it can identify confidently and leaves later steps and the final submission to you. - Acknowledgement-gated routes. Where an application requires a privacy or policy acknowledgement, that acknowledgement and the final submission always stay with you, so Litos never Auto-submits there. - Recognised but applicant-owned. Where an employer requires account creation or sign-in, passwords, legal or privacy gates, CAPTCHA, or one-time passcodes, Litos explains what it found and hands those steps back to you. Litos does not promise universal coverage. Employer forms change, and some application steps always need you. WHAT LITOS WILL NOT DECIDE FOR YOU - Litos does not invent experience, skills, dates, results, or qualifications. - Litos does not write personal essays or take-home assignments as if they were your own work. - Litos does not choose demographic answers or convert a blank answer into a preference. - Litos does not decide work authorization, sponsorship, citizenship, salary, legal consent, or privacy choices for you. - Litos does not bypass CAPTCHA, account security, passwords, or one-time passcodes. - Outreach stays a draft until you review and send it.
