Listrak Workbench is a browser based debugging and configuration tool for Listrak clients. Yes. You must be an active Listrak clients to login and use the Workbench extension. Does it work on any website? No. The extension only works on your approved websites that are integrated with your Listrak account. Will testing affect real visitor data? No. The Customer State Simulator writes to browser storage on your own machine to imitate a visitor. Resetting or ending the test clears those overrides without touching data set by the live Listrak script or actual website visitors. Can I manage more than one Listrak account? Yes. You can sign in to multiple accounts and switch between them from Settings.
