ListMotive is a vehicle-listing workflow assistant built for automotive sales professionals. Import dealership inventory, review vehicle details, organize photos, create polished listing descriptions, prepare Facebook Marketplace vehicle drafts, and keep track of vehicles that may need to be renewed or marked sold. Key features • Import vehicle information directly from dealership inventory URLs • Review and edit year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, colors, body style, fuel type, and other listing details • Import and organize vehicle photos • Select up to 20 photos for a Marketplace listing • Reduce duplicate and near-duplicate inventory photos • Optional dealer plate-cover tools with automatic detection and manual adjustment • Generate customizable vehicle descriptions with selectable writing styles, length, and emoji preferences • Add salesperson contact information and dealership details to listing descriptions • Prepare Facebook Marketplace vehicle-listing drafts for review • Keep final publishing under the user's control • Track previously posted vehicles • Receive renewal reminders after a configurable number of days • Check the original dealership inventory page to see whether a vehicle is still available • Track vehicles that appear sold and remind the salesperson to update the Marketplace listing • Maintain local posted-vehicle history and workflow settings • Subscription-based access using a reusable ListMotive license key Designed for real dealership workflows ListMotive is intended to reduce repetitive work while keeping the salesperson in control. Imported vehicle information, generated descriptions, selected photos, and Marketplace fields can be reviewed before the user completes a listing. Because dealership websites and third-party websites may change over time, users should always review imported information before publishing. ListMotive does not independently complete the final Facebook Marketplace publish action.
