cancel a suscription and requesting for refund

I made a subscription from this email add, lapin011223@gmail.com but the app did not work. so I registered with a second email add and it worked but now you have charged me for 2 subscriptions. I am requesting that you cancel this subscription and refund me my money.

moreover, when I bought your app, i saw 12 USD but you have charged me 40 USD. Can you please look into the matter urgently.

Is there a size limit you are not telling us about?

I am very intrigued but canñt get it to work with any pdf files at all.

It gives me the same error each time :
