AMZ Stock stats isn't working properly

AMZ Sock Stats isn't giving me the number of units in stock, but just a horizontal line for every seller on any Asin. Please help me troubleshoot this because I can't estimate how many competitive sellers are on the listing, which doesn't allow me to know how many units to purchase.

The application show constantly "0" in "Total Stock" and "Average Stock". It displays the list of sellers, their rating and "FBA" "MF"
