Overview

Convierte lenguaje natural en comandos Linux usando la IA integrada de Chrome (o, opcionalmente, OpenAI/Gemini en la nube).

Linux Command AI turns natural-language instructions into Linux terminal commands, right inside the browser-based SSH consoles you already use (Google Cloud, AWS, and DigitalOcean). Instead of remembering the exact syntax for find, grep, systemctl, docker, or nginx, just type what you want to do — for example "find the file hello.php" or "check nginx status" — and the extension generates the matching command, ready for you to review before using it. KEY FEATURES • Floating button that opens an AI assistant over any supported SSH terminal. • Generates Ubuntu-compatible Linux commands from natural-language instructions. • Classifies every command by risk level (low / medium / high) before showing it, and blocks automatic execution of dangerous commands like rm -rf, dd, mkfs, shutdown, or DROP DATABASE. • Explains in plain language what a command does, which files or services it affects, and whether it could delete data. • Copies the command to your clipboard or inserts it directly into the terminal's text field (it never runs it or presses Enter for you). • Keeps a history of your last 20 generated commands, with options to copy, reuse, or delete each one. • Draggable, minimizable assistant window that remembers its position on screen. SUPPORTED SITES - Google Cloud Console (SSH in browser) - AWS Console (EC2 Instance Connect / CloudShell) - DigitalOcean (Droplet console) AI PROVIDER By default, Linux Command AI uses Gemini Nano, Chrome's built-in on-device AI model (Prompt API): no API key required, no data sent over the internet, and it only works in Google Chrome on compatible hardware. If you prefer, the Settings page lets you switch to OpenAI or the Gemini cloud API using your own API key. PRIVACY & SAFETY - The extension never executes commands automatically under any circumstances — you always review and confirm everything yourself. - No data is collected or sent to any servers run by the developer. - API keys (only if you choose a cloud provider) are stored locally in your browser and used solely to call the API you selected directly.
