Linota: save German words

Save German words from websites with their meaning, then practise them in Linota on your iPhone. Free dictionary meanings.

Keep the German you meet on the web. Select a German word on a page, right-click and choose "Save to Linota". It joins your Linota words with its dictionary meaning, at no cost. Choose "Save and create Linota note" for a study note with forms and usage (1 learning credit). Or press Alt+Shift+L. Then practise on your iOS device through the Linota app: review cards, the quick quiz, word games and missions built from the words you saved. LANGUAGE RADAR (Pro) Your saved words highlighted on German pages, with common words worth learning next. CONNECT 1. Install Linota on your iPhone and sign in. 2. In the app, open Settings, then Browser extension, then Connect a browser, to get an 8-character code. 3. Enter it in the extension. PLANS AND LIMITS Free saves single words in up to 10 browsers. Basic saves phrases of up to 12 words and 220 characters, Pro up to 60 words and 320 characters. Works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers on ordinary web pages; browsers block extensions on some pages, such as their own settings and stores.
