Linkwell is an AI sourcing platform for recruiters and hiring teams. Find candidates, see in seconds who fits the role and why, and send personal outreach, all in one place at portal.linkwellhq.com. This extension connects Linkwell to LinkedIn. When you find someone on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter, click Save to job and they land in your Linkwell pipeline. What Linkwell does with every candidate: Full profile, automatically: their complete career history, education and photo are pulled in for you. No copying between tabs. A fit score and a plain-English summary: each candidate is scored against the role, with two or three sentences on why they fit and the one thing worth asking them. Shortlist, then send: shortlist the people you want and Linkwell writes a personal first email to each. Review them, send from your own Gmail, and Linkwell tracks replies and follows up with anyone who hasn’t answered. One record per person: whether you save someone from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or their LinkedIn profile, Linkwell keeps them as one candidate. The extension itself is deliberately light: it reads only who the person is (name, current job, photo and profile link) from the page you're viewing, and never scrolls or browses LinkedIn for you.
