LinkShieldAI checks every new site you open for phishing, scams and malware, and warns you before you hand over a password or card number. WHAT IT DOES • Checks sites as they open New sites get a deep scan from the LinkShieldAI API. If a site is flagged, the tab switches to a clear warning with a safe way back. • Search Advisor Safety icons appear next to Google and Bing results, so you can see which links are safe before you click them. • Silent or scanning screen Browse without interruptions while new sites are checked in the background, or hold new sites on a scanning screen until the result is in. • Trusted sites Mark a site as trusted and it is never checked again. • Optional NSFW warnings Get a warning before adult sites open. Off unless you turn it on. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY • Over 19,000 well-known sites are never sent for checking. • Every result is reused for days, so a site is checked once, not on every visit. • Addresses on your own computer or home network are never sent. • Nothing to configure. The defaults work for most people. SET UP IN ONE CLICK 1. Add LinkShieldAI to Chrome. 2. Choose Sign in and pick Google or email. 3. Your API key is added for you. There is nothing to copy. PRIVACY To check a site, LinkShieldAI sends its address to the LinkShieldAI API. For most sites that is only the site name, never what you type or your cookies. Settings sync with your Chrome profile. Your API key, trusted sites and history stay on your device.
