LinkNotes is a personal CRM that lives right inside LinkedIn. Cloud sync is optional and uses end-to-end encryption so only you can read your notes. Onboarding — New welcome page on install with a built-in 30-second demo slideshow. Empty side panel shows step-by-step instructions for new users. LinkNotes never accesses your LinkedIn credentials or account. It simply reads public profile information from the page you're viewing. Privacy: LinkNotes sends anonymous, aggregate usage counts (e.g., "side panel opened today", "connection saved", "note added") to help us improve the extension. No profile data, names, notes, or personal information is ever sent. AI Summary and cloud sync features require sign-in.
