Linkelo — LinkedIn Elo Ranker (BETA)

Rank LinkedIn profiles S to F with an Elo-style score. Profiles stay in your browser; only anonymous scores are shared.

THIS EXTENSION IS FOR BETA TESTING. Linkelo gives any LinkedIn profile a score out of 100, an Elo-style number between 800 and 1600, and a tier from S down to F. HOW IT WORKS Open a LinkedIn profile and a small badge appears on the corner of their photo. It shows a gray U until you rank them. Press "Rank this profile" and Linkelo reads their background and works out a score. Click the badge to see the full breakdown: their tier, their latest education, their current role, and six category scores. Everything is worked out inside your own browser. Linkelo does not fetch profiles, does not run in the background, and never touches a profile you have not opened yourself. WHAT THE TIERS MEAN S is the top 1% of everyone ranked, not everyone above some number we picked. The cutoffs come from how real scores are actually spread out, so your letter reflects where you stand among real people. Until enough profiles have been ranked, tiers fall back to fixed thresholds. WHAT IS SHARED When you rank someone, Linkelo shares the score and a scrambled version of their profile address. It never shares names, headlines, photos, links, or work history. Those stay on your computer and are deleted when you press "Reset everything." The one exception is Public, the top level of the Rank against everyone setting: turning it on shows your own real name and LinkedIn link on a public leaderboard, until you switch back to Anonymous or Off. It's never on by default, and it only ever publishes your own profile. PLEASE NOTE Linkelo scores real people who have not agreed to be scored. It is meant as a private tool for your own curiosity. Please do not use it to publicly rank, shame or embarrass anyone. The one exception is the public leaderboard, and it is a narrow one: a profile only ever appears there because that person set their own Rank against everyone to Public themselves.
