Linked Notes

Edit, save, search and download notes related to LinkedIn profiles and company pages.

Never forget why you connected. Linked Notes adds a private notebook to LinkedIn. Open any profile or company page, jot down where you met, what you discussed and what to follow up, and your notes are there the next time you visit. NEW IN VERSION 2 • Works with LinkedIn's latest page design – reads the name, headline, connection level and photo reliably again • A fresh, LinkedIn-style look with simple Profile, Search and Manage tabs • Side panel: keep your notes open while you click from profile to profile • Notes for company pages as well as people • Never lose your typing – unsaved changes are kept if the window closes • Import notes from a CSV file • Dark mode that follows your computer's setting WHAT YOU CAN DO • Write and save notes against any LinkedIn profile or company page • Stamp today's date into your notes with one click • Search all your notes by name, job title or any word you wrote, with matches highlighted • Download all your notes, or just your search results, as a spreadsheet (CSV) that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets • Copy a contact's details and notes to the clipboard • Search Google for a contact in one click • Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl/⌘+S to save, / to search PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your notes are stored only in Chrome on your computer. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. • Linked Notes only reads the details shown at the top of the profile you're viewing, and only when you open it. • It doesn't change LinkedIn pages, track your browsing or show adverts. • Notes aren't synced between computers. Use "Download all notes" to keep a backup or move them to another device. UPGRADING FROM VERSION 1 Your existing notes are copied across automatically the first time you open the new version. Nothing is lost. Linked Notes is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, LinkedIn Corporation. Questions or suggestions? Email corkage73@gmail.com
