Link Redirector
Overview
Safe redirector to redirect any website of choice to another website, for chrome
Allows redirection of any website to another website of choice, or alternatively can open a specified page in a new tab. Features: Redirect any website to another with a single rule Supports wildcard patterns (e.g. youtube.com/shorts/*) to match entire sections of a site Open matched URLs in a new tab instead of redirecting Enable or disable individual rules without deleting them Live preview shows exactly what URLs your pattern will match before saving Test any URL against your rule before adding it No account required, no data collected — all rules stored locally on your device Use cases: Redirect a site you visit by habit to a more productive alternative Redirect old bookmarks or URLs to new locations Block distracting sites by redirecting them elsewhere Forward one domain to another during development or testing How it works: Enter a match pattern like youtube.com/shorts/* and a redirect target like google.com. The extension intercepts the request before the page loads and redirects you instantly. Supports both simple domain matches (google.com) and wildcard patterns (reddit.com/r/all/*). Don't need to type https:// or www. — the extension handles that automatically. All redirect rules are stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage. Changelog: v1.1 - ON/OFF toggle, UI reloading made cleaner, added support for redirection of pages loaded on the same page via Javascript (such as scrolling on YouTube Shorts) v1.0 - Initial release
