Overview

Extract supported links from the current page into a clean, selectable list—locally, when you click the toolbar button.

Link Extractor — Link Grabber helps you collect URLs from the webpage you are currently viewing in one quick action. Open a page, click the extension in the Chrome toolbar, and get a clean, selectable list of supported destinations found on that page. Exact duplicates are removed automatically while the order of the first occurrence is preserved. The extension is intentionally focused on one task: making it simple to extract links from the current webpage without opening developer tools or manually copying individual addresses. Main features • Extract URLs from the active webpage • Collect standard HTTP and HTTPS destinations • Include mailto: email references • Include tel: telephone references • Remove exact duplicates automatically • Preserve the original page order • Resolve relative paths into usable addresses based on the webpage • Select the complete result list with one button • Refresh results after the page content changes How it works Open the webpage you want to inspect. Click Link Extractor — Link Grabber in the Chrome toolbar. Review the unique destinations found on the current page. Use “Select all” when you want to copy the complete result. There is no account to create and no separate website or web application to open. Useful everyday workflows The extension is useful when you need to gather webpage destinations quickly and keep them in a simple text list. For example, you can use it to: • collect references from an article or resource page; • gather URLs from a directory or collection; • review external destinations exposed by a page; • prepare references for research; • move a collection of addresses into a document or spreadsheet; • find email references exposed through mailto:; • find telephone references exposed through tel:; • inspect where elements on the current page lead. The extension does not attempt to become a crawler, SEO suite, automation platform, or general-purpose web scraper. Its purpose is deliberately narrower: inspect the active page and return its supported destinations in a form that is easy to review and copy. Clean, deterministic results A webpage may reference the same destination multiple times. Exact duplicates are removed from the output, while the first occurrence remains in its original position. Relative addresses are resolved using the page itself. For example, a relative path such as /contact can be presented as a complete destination based on the current webpage. This produces a predictable result without requiring you to interpret relative paths manually. Runs only when requested The extension processes the active tab only after you explicitly invoke it from the Chrome toolbar. It does not continuously crawl pages in the background and does not inspect unrelated tabs. The Chrome permissions requested for the core function are limited to activeTab and scripting. Privacy-friendly local processing Page-derived results are processed locally in your browser. Extracted URLs and webpage content are not transmitted to a remote server or stored in a backend. The current free version does not use analytics or telemetry and does not require a user account. The extraction workflow does not initiate network requests. Simple by design Link Grabber is built for users who want a focused utility rather than a large collection of unrelated tools. The workflow is intentionally short: Open a webpage → click the extension → review the result. Supported pages The extension works on ordinary webpages where Chrome permits an extension to access the active tab. Chrome protects certain internal or restricted pages from extension access. On such pages, the extension reports that the page is unsupported instead of trying to bypass browser security restrictions. Link Extractor — Link Grabber A focused Chrome utility for collecting, deduplicating and reviewing URLs from the webpage you choose to inspect.
