Overview

Tints Linear project timeline bars to match each project's status color.

Linear's project timeline view draws a bar for every project across the calendar — but by default they're all the same near-white color, so status is only visible from the small status icon next to each project name. This extension recolors each timeline bar to match its project's status color: • Blue = Planned • Yellow = In Progress • Green = Completed …and so on, following whatever colors your workspace has configured for its project statuses. Each bar gets a subtle tinted fill plus a matching outline, so you can scan status across the whole timeline at a glance. How it works The extension runs only on linear.app and reads the status color already shown in Linear's own UI, then applies it to the matching timeline bar. Colors update live as you scroll and as project statuses change. Privacy • No data is collected, stored, or transmitted. • No analytics, no external servers, no tracking. • Works entirely in your browser on linear.app pages. Notes Only the timeline layout has bars to color; list and board views are left unchanged.
