I use the Line Extension as I run Windows 7, which doesn't support the Line app anymore. The app is highly unstable. The extension needs repairing several times.

Last week or so, this would show it has unstable connection. Now the extension is unusable. In the manifest.json, LINE have put sufficient "host_permissions" (maybe too wide open) for connecting to external resources. But, based on the dev tool, the API server that LINE for Chrome uses forgot to respond CORS preflight with response header "Access-Control-Allow-Origin: chrome-extension://ophjlpahpchlmihnnnihgmmeilfjmjjc" and, possibly, other CORS related headers.
