Lincaro helps sales teams using SalesForce find the perfect reference customer for the lead they are working with. It connects the lead and reference customer on a call to answer the prospects questions for the current customer. Prospect or customer doesn't have time for a call? No problem, the prospect can write the questions they have, the customer will receive the questions and can record video response to their questions.
