Overview

Is the company on this page real, active and safe to deal with? Check Dutch and Belgian companies in one click.

Prospecting a Dutch or Belgian company? Check it before you call. Open Limitguard on a company website, a company page on a professional network, or a company record in your CRM. It fills in the company name, website and any KVK, KBO or VAT number it finds on the page. You check the details, edit anything that is wrong, and click Check. The results show in Chrome's side panel, which stays open while you switch tabs. Sign in with your Limitguard account, or use your own API key. New accounts get their first checks free. In a few seconds you see: - whether the company is real and active in the Dutch or Belgian company register, with its legal form and start date - whether its VAT number is valid - whether its name matches an EU, UN or US sanctions list - a lead score from 0 to 100, the signals behind it, and a plain risk word - a link to run a full check of the company in your Limitguard dashboard New in 1.2: - A free preview shows the registered name, city and status of the company before you pay for a check, and the legal form for a Belgian company. - No number on the page? Limitguard searches the company by name and country and lets you pick the right one. Searching is free. - Your credit, your free checks and a History tab with your past checks. - After a check, add the company to a lead list or watch it for changes. - On a search results page, tick the companies you see and add them to a lead list in one click. - Optional email detection, off until you turn it on: in webmail, Limitguard suggests the company from the domain of the sender's address. - Optional auto-check, off until you turn it on, at most 20 checks an hour. - Keyboard shortcuts open the panel and run the check. Built for sales and business development teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. The price per check and your credit are shown before you check. Privacy first: - Nothing from the page is sent until you click Check, except the free preview, the name search, auto-check if you turn it on, and the companies you add to a lead list. A check sends only the company name, number, VAT number, website and country you confirmed. - On a profile page Limitguard reads only the current employer's company name, nothing about the person. In webmail it reads only the domain of the sender's address, never the message. - No analytics or tracking. Your key and your sign-in stay on your device.
