DueStack: Buy Now Pay Later Tracker
Overview
Track every Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm & Zip plan in one place and get reminders before each payment is due.
See every "Buy Now, Pay Later" payment you owe in one combined list, and get reminded before each one is due. If you've ever used more than one Buy Now, Pay Later service at the same time, you already know the problem: each provider has its own app, its own due dates, and its own notifications — or none at all. One payment lands on the 3rd, another on the 9th, a third every two weeks from a completely different app. It's easy to lose track, and a missed payment doesn't just cost a late fee — it can trigger a bank overdraft too. Surveys on BNPL usage consistently find that most users who juggle multiple plans have missed a payment or been surprised by a charge at some point. DueStack exists to fix exactly that. What DueStack does DueStack is a simple, private tracker that lives in your browser toolbar. You log each payment plan once — provider, store, amount per payment, number of payments, and the first due date — and DueStack builds the full payment schedule for you. Open the popup any time and you'll see one number that matters: how much is due, and when, across every plan you've added, combined. No more checking four different apps to answer "what do I owe this week?" Add a plan in seconds, right from checkout Most checkout pages that offer an installment option show you the plan in plain text — something like "4 interest-free payments of $25.00." Highlight that text, right-click, choose "Add to DueStack," and the amount and number of payments are filled in automatically. Pick the provider, add an optional store name, confirm the first due date, and you're done. It takes about ten seconds. Reminders before you're charged, not after DueStack schedules a local reminder ahead of every unpaid installment — choose whether you want to be notified the same day, or one, two, or three days before. The notification tells you exactly which provider, how much, and for which store, so a payment you set up weeks ago for a different retailer never catches you off guard. Everything stays on your device DueStack has no account, no login, and no server. Every plan you add is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's own storage APIs, and nothing is ever transmitted anywhere — there isn't a network request in the entire extension. Reminders are generated and shown entirely on your device using Chrome's alarms and notifications APIs. Uninstalling the extension, or using the "Clear all DueStack data" button in Settings, removes everything. If you're the type of person who reads permission lists before installing anything (you should be), DueStack asks for exactly four: storage to save your plans, alarms to schedule reminders, notifications to show them, and contextMenus for the right-click quick-add. That's it — no access to the sites you browse. Who this is for Anyone using more than one split-payment service — which, per industry surveys, is now the majority of users. If you've got different installment plans running at the same time, DueStack is the missing piece that shows you both together instead of forcing you to check multiple apps. Common questions Does DueStack connect to my payment accounts? No. DueStack doesn't log in to anything or pull data from any provider. You enter the plan details yourself (or quick-add them from selected checkout text), and DueStack just keeps track and reminds you. Will it definitely notify me before every payment? DueStack schedules a local browser notification ahead of each due date using your chosen lead time. Like any browser notification, it depends on your device being on, Chrome running, and notifications allowed for the extension — it's a reminder tool, not a substitute for checking your actual provider statements. Does it work with different payment providers? Yes — DueStack includes built-in options for major split-payment services, plus an "Other" category for any similar installment plan, store card, or layaway-style payment schedule you want to track. Is my data backed up anywhere? No — by design. Everything is local to the device and browser profile you added it on. If you want it available on another device, you'll need to re-add the plans there, since nothing syncs to a server. Is DueStack affiliated with third-party payment providers? No. DueStack is an independent, unofficial tracking tool. Provider names are used only to describe the type of plan you're logging. Get organized in the next ten seconds Click the DueStack icon, add your first plan, and see your real, combined payment picture for the first time.
