It used to be a great extension, but lately all my screenshots are completly blank. It's exhausting going back and forward until it works, i'll have to look for another screenshot extension

9 times out of 10, when I select and area for a screenshot, then add text or arrows for my team, I copy the screenshot but in the copy, only my text and/or arrows are visible, NOT the screenshot itself
