Lightning Links - Fast New Tab

Lightning Links replaces your new tab page with a clean grid of your favorite sites. Open a tab, click an icon, and you're there in less than a second. No account. No subscription. No analytics. No AI. ★ LIGHTNINGS Each site is an app-style icon with its name underneath. Drag one to move it; the others slide aside to show where it will land. ★ FOLDERS Hold one lightning over another to put them in a folder, like on a phone. Click the folder to open it, or open all its links at once. ★ WORKSPACES Up to five tabs at the top (Home, Work, Study…), each with its own set of sites. Drag to reorder; right-click to rename or delete. ★ RIGHT-CLICK MENU Open a site in a new tab or in Incognito, copy its link, edit or delete it. ★ LAYOUT YOUR WAY Choose the number of columns, icon size, horizontal and vertical spacing, and name size. In a small or half-screen window, icons shrink to fit so you never need to scroll. You can turn this off. ★ WALLPAPERS Five photos from U.S. National Parks are included, or upload your own. ★ LIGHT AND DARK Light by default; switch to Dark in Settings. ★ WORKS OFFLINE Turn on "Save icons for offline use" and every icon is stored locally, so the page looks right without a connection. ★ BACKUP Export everything (links, folders, workspaces, layout, wallpaper and saved icons) to a single JSON file, and import it on another computer. PRIVACY Everything is stored in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no server. • Storage: saves your links and settings. • google.com / gstatic.com: site icons come from Google's favicon service when you don't set one yourself. • All sites (optional): only requested if you turn on offline icons, so icons hosted on other sites can be saved too.
