Light or Night
Overview
Flips pages to your preferred light or dark: the site's own theme when available, else a color remap or filter. Per-site settings.
Automatically flips pages to the light or dark mode you prefer. It can use a site's own light/dark theme. Where a site has none, it falls back to a filter or a color remap. Global settings, with per-site exceptions. * Some sites are deceptive: they declare a dark or light background, then cover it with something of the opposite tone — so what the extension detects and what you actually see can differ. * When using a site's own theme, the switch is found by common patterns, so it is not always right. * Filter mode skips images and videos, leaving them as they are. * Other sites are more complicated than that. If the result does not look right, try the other mode. * Some sites are off-limits to browser extensions, and most extensions don't work there at all — the Chrome and Edge stores, for example.
