Light-Lux is an AI note taking app for teams and government agencies that turns your calls and meetings into actionable minutes, with no bot joining the call, so that every decision and action item is written down and easy to find later. This extension brings it to every tab. ASK ABOUT THE PAGE YOU'RE ON Press Cmd+Shift+Space (Ctrl+Shift+Space on Windows), click the Light-Lux button, or tap Option twice, and Hover opens over the page. Ask about what's in front of you, or about any of your meetings. Light-Lux reads the page and your minutes, and cites the meeting behind each point. Save an answer as a note, or copy it. TAKE NOTES WHEN A CALL STARTS Open a video call in a browser tab, and a small "Call Detected" prompt asks whether to take notes. Take Notes opens a note for the call in Light-Lux and starts recording, and Light-Lux shows which tab to pick in Chrome's share window, by name. When you hang up, by closing the call's tab or leaving the meeting, Light-Lux stops recording and writes the minutes, with nothing to press. It asks once per meeting, never in incognito windows, and never records by itself. Turn it off, or stop it for one call app, any time. NOTIFICATIONS WHERE YOU'RE LOOKING If a recording stops hearing you, a meeting is about to start, or a teammate is already recording the call, Light-Lux tells you inside the call's tab, not in a corner of the screen. When the call looks over, the countdown to writing the minutes shows there too, with Keep and Stop. The Light-Lux button shows a dot while you record and when something new is waiting. MINUTES, WRITTEN UP AFTER THE CALL Light-Lux turns the transcript and your notes into minutes: decisions, action items and the moment each was said, with your own notes highlighted. Send them to the people who were there, each with a personal link. FIND ANYTHING ANYONE SAID Ask across your meetings and the ones your team shared. Answers cite the meeting, and the minute when there's a recording. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - A page is read when you open Hover, never in the background. - Light-Lux doesn't keep recordings. Speech is transcribed; the audio is held for one hour as a safety copy for recovery only, then deleted, and never for government accounts. It is never played back, shared or used for training. - Screen memory, for people using the Light-Lux Mac app, sends the text of pages you read to that app over a connection on your own computer. It's off until you turn it on in the app, skips password fields, and never runs in incognito windows.
