Overview
Lead Initiatives, Focus Today. Every new tab.
Lift replaces your new tab with a minimal personal dashboard built for people running multiple things at once. Every time you open a tab, you see your active initiatives, today's focus, and a running leadership log — all in one place, all private, all yours. What Lift does: — Show your 3–6 active initiatives every new tab — Set a daily focus — one thing that moves the needle today — Log leadership actions, decisions, and impact as they happen — Export your log as a .md file for weekly portfolio capture — Reset daily progress checks each morning automatically Built for engineers, PMs, and leaders who are running multiple initiatives and need a lightweight daily ritual — not another project management tool. Privacy first. All data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Set up takes 60 seconds. Enter your name, your initiatives, and an optional context line. That's it.
