This extension securely connects your active web browsing sessions directly to your personal LifeMirror Desktop timeline. LifeMirror Desktop is a private, zero-cloud personal reflection and productivity companion. This extension provides seamless active tab awareness, ensuring your browsing habits, research, and focus time are accurately captured on your local timeline. KEY FEATURES • Automatic Timeline Sync: Seamlessly records your active web tab to build a comprehensive digital diary in your LifeMirror Desktop app. • 100% On-Device & Zero-Cloud: All tab data is sent directly to your local computer. No browsing data is ever transmitted to remote servers, external databases, or third parties. • Lightweight & Battery Friendly: Built to run quietly in the background, waking only when you navigate or switch tabs without slowing down your browser. • Privacy-First Filtering: Only logs standard public web pages and automatically ignores private browser tabs and system configurations. SUPPORTED TABS & BROWSING SCOPE • Supported Tabs: Standard web pages using http:// and https:// that are actively visited and focused. • Excluded & Protected Pages: Internal browser configuration screens (chrome://, edge://, about:blank, developer tools), extension management pages, and local file paths (file://) are strictly filtered out and never tracked. • Active-Only Focus: Only the single tab you are currently viewing in the focused window is recorded. Inactive background tabs and idle windows are never queried.
