Throughout your day, Life Checkpoint asks: "How are you doing right now?" Choose 👍 Doing good or 🔄 Need to reset. That's it. HOW IT WORKS • A check-in notification appears at the interval you choose, with two buttons: 👍 Doing good and 🔄 Need to reset. • One tap saves your answer. Closing the notification without answering saves nothing. • You can also answer from the popup. WHAT YOU CAN SEE • Today: how many times you chose Doing good and Need to reset today. • Last 7 Days: your totals for the past week and your Doing good rate. • History: your most recent 7 days with check-ins, each with its own counts and rate. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • No site blocking, focus timers, or productivity scores. • It doesn't tell you what to do. It just asks, so you can notice how you're doing. SETTINGS • Notification interval: every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or 4 hours (default: 1 hour). • Turn notifications on or off with the bell icon at the top of the popup. Your history and popup check-ins keep working while notifications are off. PRIVACY • No account and no sign-in. • Everything is stored locally in your Chrome profile on this device. The extension makes no network requests. • No analytics and no ads. Your data is never sold or shared. • Check-ins are kept for up to 90 days. Older check-ins are deleted the next time you check in. • "Clear history" at the bottom of the popup deletes all check-ins.
