Copy eBay AU buyer addresses into Amazon AU checkout/address forms. Manual place-order only.

CP Bot is a specialized fulfillment automation tool designed for Australian e-commerce operators to streamline cross-platform shipping address management between eBay Australia and Amazon Australia. CP Bot is not an API integration. It does not connect to eBay's or Amazon's developer APIs and is not a registered application on either marketplace. It works only inside your own browser, on pages you are already signed in to and viewing, performing the same copy-and-paste steps you would otherwise do by hand. It never asks for, stores, or transmits your eBay or Amazon password, API key, or OAuth token. Account and Subscription: CP Bot requires an Automation Alchemists account and an active CP Bot subscription. You sign in on the CP Bot website and the extension picks up that sign-in automatically; the extension itself never asks for your password. Subscriptions and any free trial are managed on the Automation Alchemists website. If your subscription is not active, or your version of CP Bot is no longer supported, automation pauses until it is. Core Functions: 1. Order Scanning: Safely extracts buyer shipping addresses (recipient name, street, suburb, state, postcode, and phone number) directly from eBay AU Seller Hub order detail pages, including per-item names, quantities and custom labels (SKU) for multi-item orders. From the Seller Hub orders list, it can also scan several orders at once by opening their detail pages in a background window that closes automatically when scanning finishes. 2. Form Autofill: Automatically inputs the collected address details into the Amazon AU checkout and address creation forms, or selects a matching existing address from the Amazon address book, eliminating manual copy-pasting. If Amazon asks you to verify the address, CP Bot always keeps your original address rather than Amazon's suggested alternative, and stops for you to choose manually if it cannot confirm that. 3. Open Checkout from a Product Page (optional): From an Amazon AU product page, CP Bot can click Amazon's own "Buy Now" button to open that item's checkout, decline Amazon's Prime offer if one appears by following Amazon's own decline link, and then fill the buyer address. If Subscribe & Save is the buying option you have selected, it uses that option's own "Subscribe" button instead, which only opens Amazon's review page. This automation ends at a filled checkout page. It never places the order, never completes a payment, and never starts a Prime or Subscribe & Save subscription. If the Prime decline link cannot be found, it stops and asks you to continue manually rather than clicking anything else, and it gives up after two attempts. 4. Address Verification: After filling, CP Bot compares the address applied at Amazon checkout against the intended buyer address and shows a clear colour-coded confirmation. It re-checks automatically when you refresh a checkout page or move between checkout steps, so the result always reflects what Amazon is currently showing. This is an advisory safety check only. It never blocks, changes, or completes an order. 5. Product Check (optional): Warns you if the Amazon product does not appear to match the eBay order, by comparing the eBay item title with the Amazon product title, and the eBay custom label (SKU) with the Amazon ASIN. Each check is off by default and can be switched on separately. Like the address check, it is advisory only and never blocks an order. 6. On-Page Verification Notice (optional): The address verification result, and any product check warning, can also be shown as a read-only notice directly above Amazon's "Place your order" button, so it is visible where the decision is made. Off by default and toggleable from the extension popup or your dashboard settings. It never covers the button, never receives clicks, and never alters Amazon's own page content. 7. Manual Address Edit: Lets you correct a scanned address before copying it. Edits are held in the browser for that session only and are not saved separately on our servers. 8. Gift Message Automation: Optionally marks items as gifts and fills gift message and sender name fields during checkout, with support for multi-item orders and reusable message templates. 9. Cross-Device Clipboard: Optionally copies an order address to a temporary cloud clipboard so you can paste it from another browser or computer. Entries are deleted automatically after 5 minutes. 10. Fulfillment Logs: Records each fulfilled order (eBay order ID, Amazon order reference, buyer name, postcode, item title, quantity, status, and the Amazon account used) in your private dashboard, so you can see which orders have already been processed. Strict "Human-in-the-Loop" Security: - CP Bot does NOT place orders or automate payments. It only fills address and gift message fields and opens checkout pages. The final purchase must be completed manually by the user. - CP Bot refuses to activate purchase, payment and subscription controls. Buttons such as "Place your order", "Submit order", "Confirm purchase", "Sign up and buy first delivery", and any Prime sign-up or "and pay" button are blocked outright and are never clicked. - It never accesses or handles credit card details, passwords, or payment credentials. - CP Bot paces repeated address entries and stops automatically if Amazon presents a security check, keeping activity within normal human usage patterns. Why We Need Specific Host Permissions: - *.ebay.com.au: Used to read shipping addresses from your active eBay Seller Hub order details tabs. - *.amazon.com.au: Used to autofill address and gift message fields on Amazon checkout screens, verify that the applied delivery address (and, if enabled, the product) matches the eBay order, open a product page's checkout when you use Buy Now, and detect which Amazon account is currently signed in. - rccp.automationalchemists.com: Our own web app. Used to keep your CP Bot sign-in, settings and gift templates in sync between your browser and your web dashboard. Privacy & Data Obligation: Order addresses are processed in your browser and held only for the current browser session: copied addresses are removed automatically after 30 minutes and scanned orders after 1 hour. The cross-device clipboard deletes entries after 5 minutes. Fulfillment and activity logs are stored in your private account and can be deleted from your dashboard. For billing and security, a separate record of each automation (the time, the IP address and browser it came from, but no buyer details) is kept for 24 months and may be provided to our payment processor if a payment is disputed.
