Loom – Screen Recorder & Screen Capture

SO the videos that i am trying to present are not showing the bubble with me speaking as i present the slide. I can see the bubble on my end but once i finish and share the link it is not showing me or the bubble.

I AM SOOOOOO UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. I NEED A FULL REIMBURSEMENT!!!!! I PAID FULL YEAR SUBCRIPTION AND NOW PRODUCT IS NOT DOING WHAT I NEED IT TO DO!!!!!!! I AM SUPER FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

Cannot figure out how to print documents that have been sent through Loom.

Tried recording a video across three tabs with a window capture. No idea where the video went; it just seems to be gone now. Also, it wasn't at all clear that it was capturing the other tabs as it only had controls on the first tab.

MICROPHONE DOES NOT WORK, AND THEY HAVE 0 SUPPORT FOR LINUX

Mic is not working, What is this behaviour? I gave permission and its still not capturing mic. Storyxpress is better and practical

They reduced the video count from 25 to 4, which is why you deserve less than a 1 star rating.

I've been watching the outdated tutorials and they're extremely unhelpful. The screen + camera option is no longer available for some reason, which is stupid because that's the entire reason for using Loom in the first place. Update your tutorials if you're going to change things around! I'll be canceling my subscription. I've wasted enough time on this.
