AI to Office turns a chat answer into a file you can hand in. Equations, tables and code arrive intact, so there is nothing to retype. Copying a technical answer out of a browser is where the work usually starts again. Equations break, tables lose their structure, and numbers arrive as text you cannot add up. This extension does that part for you. It reads the answer on the page and writes the file on your own computer. WORD AND PDF Equations become real Word equations that you can edit. Headings become real heading styles, so the navigation pane, a contents page and cross references all work. Tables stay tables, code keeps its formatting, and figures keep their captions. Set your page layout once and every export follows it. Ready made styles cover a thesis and common journal formats, and you can load the template your journal publishes and have its settings read for you. A table too wide for the page gets a landscape page of its own. EXCEL Numbers arrive as a working spreadsheet rather than a picture of one. Money, units, dates and times are stored as real values and still look the way the answer wrote them. Where the answer explains its method, that method becomes live formulas. Where it does not, a formula is only written when it gives back the exact figure shown. Every worked out cell is shaded and carries a note saying how, and a separate sheet lists every formula and how it was checked. A figure in the answer that does not add up is marked in orange, so you can check it before you rely on it. Charts are drawn from the cells, so they update when you change an input. POWERPOINT Each heading becomes a slide. Tables stay tables, equations stay editable, and long code is split across slides instead of running off the bottom. Load your institution's template and its layouts and logos sit behind your content. FOR STUDY Flashcards are made from the questions and key terms in an answer, ready to import into a flashcard app. A worksheet turns bold terms into blanks and prints the answers on a page of their own at the end. Notes can also be laid out in the Cornell style, the equations in an answer can be gathered onto one formula sheet, and headings can become a mind map. Questions and answers can become a quiz to import into your course platform. FOR RESEARCH AND PLANNING The sources in an answer can be saved for your reference manager. The chat itself can be cited in several common citation styles, with a statement of how AI was used. A plan becomes a Gantt chart, and dates and deadlines become a calendar file. Check the numbers works out an answer's totals again and shows any that do not add up. THINGS THAT SAVE TIME Choose which sections or messages go into the file, and preview a Word file at its real size before you save. Export only the part you highlighted, or a whole conversation at once with each answer under its question. Gather answers from different chats into one file. Keyboard shortcuts save the answer you are reading. PRIVACY Everything happens in your browser. No answer is uploaded, no account is needed, and there is no analytics or tracking. Answers you add to a collection stay in your own browser until you empty it. PRICING Flashcards and the plain text formats are always free. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files are free for your first twenty exports. There is no price yet and nothing to buy. When the twenty are used, the extension asks what you would pay rather than showing a checkout, and you can write to me if you need more in the meantime. WHAT THIS IS, AND IS NOT This is a tool written by one person, not a product with a support desk. It reads pages from services it does not control, so when those sites change, parts of it may stop working until they are updated. Check exported files before you rely on them.
