Detect login activity for your software subscriptions
Help your company improve their app security and understand what software subscriptions aren’t being used anymore. With LicenceOne’s browser extension, your company will be able to: 🔗 Link team members to the business apps they have access to 🚪 Launch processes to remove users from applications when they leave the company 📊 Detect the last time your team logged into business applications 💸 Receive smart renewal reminders before contracts renew _____ FAQ ❓Does LicenceOne track all of my browsing activity? No. LicenceOne focuses solely on your visits to business application URLs such as Slack, Zoom, and Zapier. We respect your privacy by never tracking visits to any other URLs. This means you can browse Instagram, play poker, or use Tinder with LicenceOne installed, and we won't track or report these activities to your employer (and we won’t stock and use them ourselves either, of course). ---- ❓Can my employer see how often I log into an application, or how long I spend on an application? 👉 No. LicenceOne only ever tracks and displays the last date (not time) that you logged into an application. They will also get notified if you haven’t logged into a paid business application for 30 or more days. That way, they know to check if you still require a paid seat or not. ---- ❓Can I see a list of the business applications that LicenceOne tracks? 👉 Unfortunately not. As our database of software subscriptions is one of the largest in the industry, we really want to keep it away from any would-be competitors with a scraping tool. However, once you install the extension, LicenceOne will display all the applications that we’ve tracked for your user profile. You can see this by clicking on the extension icon on your browser. ________ Website: https://www.licence.one/ FAQ: https://faq.licence.one/ Support: help@licenceone.com
