A powerful in-browser IMAP email client

Libre Email Client is a browser extension that turns your browser into a full email program. Instead of installing a separate application, you read your mail right inside your browser. It connects directly to your email provider using the standard IMAP protocol, so it works with most providers, including your own personal or self-hosted mail server. Nothing is sent to a third-party company: the extension talks to your mail server itself. Main things it offers: - Read, organize, and manage your inbox and folders from a full mail screen that opens with one click on the extension's toolbar button. - Automatic mail filters: you can set rules (similar to filters in other email programs) that automatically move or delete incoming messages, for example moving newsletters to a separate folder. - An unread mail counter shown as a badge on the toolbar icon, so you always know how many new messages are waiting. - Support for multiple email accounts, each with its own settings. - A master password feature: saved account passwords can be encrypted with a master password of your choice, and changing that master password re-encrypts everything automatically. - It runs entirely on your own computer. When you first install it, a short setup helps you connect your email account.
