Not supported anymore

When will this particular extension be updated and in line with chrome extension best practices? We use this in all our schools and this is a huge disappointment that I will need need to spend thousands of dollars in replacing them.

Not working

I click on the extension and it does not load. I removed it and then re-added it. Sometimes it comes on but asks to translate from Norwegian to English?????? The camera does not turn on. It does not say Okiocam snap and recorder at the top, it says msg app name. I have no idea what happened but it just does not work anymore. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

no longer working

I cannot get the camera to turn on when I click on the extension. I removed it and reloaded it and it still doesn't work.

No longer works on chrome extension

When click on extension, no picture shows. Seem to not be able to choose any settings or options. I've removed and re added and also allowed permission like camera again. Please help

Black side bars on extension

Is there a way to get rid of the black sidebars when extension is open on my desktop? Even in fullscreen, they are there. Can I change some dimensions to fix this?

Constant shutter fluttering across entire frame

How do solve the above problem which has existed from the outset, and has never disappeared. It causes a strain on the eyes and affects the clarity of the picture.

Downloaded the extension, do not see the brightness control on browser

We are having trouble changing the brightness of the document. The browser extension is not showing the control for that.
