terrible experience that has not even started yet, zero guidance for people like myself who got acquainted with the app only minutes ago, tried the 1 month to test the waters and no one is even guiding me through accessing my account, no reply whatsoever, they do suck big time. If i am still at the threshold of this terrible experience, pretty sure it gets worse on the long run

I downloaded a few months ago and thought what a load of tosh and cancelled, however decided to revisit it, it takes some working out, yes it is complicated and the lack of instruction somewhat missing.... But it does work ! Yes I've mastered it and to be honest the amount of time that this has saved me you wouldn't believe. So don't expect a walk in the park, it is quite a complex bit of software to navigate, but it is a "Game Changer" once you crack it !!!

Does not work 99.9% of the time and support is none existent. Over 1 month trying to make contact and nothing except same email address of Vinod Rahshakha for support try's to sell new services! Get this one right and learn to debug JAVA script. I could go in to details of problems but it would take too long.

Worst experience ever! It worked for first 2 runs and then FB locked my account. When I sent few emails to the owner/customer support (yes different emails I can find) to ask for help, nobody got back to me. STAY AWAY and save your hard-earney $29 rather than trialling this 😤

Worst service ever, they keep charging my card even tho i said i don't want their product anymore, no one asners the phone when i call, have to remove them from my card. trash product, not user friendly.

Has anyone figured out how to track the analytics of the posts to groups? When I was sharing the posts manually I was see the reach and engagement but now I don't.

Half-part scammy / half-part poor tech. Two different sites (Pilot Poster and Post Partner) with different pricing already had my guard up. I thought I'd give it a shot. It barely works. AVOID.

Subscribed for a month and initially the extension was working, then suddenly it didn't work. It will keep posting the same thing over and over again on the same group according to the time interval you set. Got a FB banned for 7 days restricted for posting. Initially Vinod does reply emails but when the extension didnt work, have sent him 3 emails to request for refunds, he wouldnt bother to reply. Contacted Stripe with no help. dont bother using it to save yourself troubles.

At first, the service is good and the technical support answers. When I canceled the subscription, they told me that the money would be returned within two working days And now, more than a month has passed, and the money has not been returned, and when I send them to the mail, no one answers? I hope they believe and the money is returned but they are clearly scammers
