The Color Blind & Low Vision Simulator is an accessibility tool that allows users to test and observe how people with colorblindness or low vision may perceive web-based content. Note: The simulator is active only on the tab in focus. If you don't see a change, refresh the page you want to test. Features: • Light and Dark modes • 9 color vision options • 7 Low vision options Types of color vision: • Trichromacy (Normal vision) • Protanopia (Red-blind) • Protanomaly (Red-weak) • Deuteranopia (Green-blind) • Deuteranomaly (Green-weak) • Tritanopia (Blue-blind) • Tritanomaly (Blue-weak) • Achromatopsia (Complete color blindness) • Achromatomaly (Partial color blindness) Types of low vision: • Mild Blur (Slight vision impairment) • Moderate Blur (Moderate vision impairment) • Severe Blur (Severe vision impairment) • Low Contrast (Reduced contrast sensitivity) • Cataracts (Cloudy/yellowed vision) • Tunnel Vision (Loss of peripheral vision) • Central Vision Loss (Loss of central vision acuity) ---------------------------------------- 2.0.0 Update: • You can now create combinations by selecting one color vision filter and one low vision filter • Added badges to show which filters are active • Added a "Reset" button that clears the active filters • Header is now sticky so that the badges are always visible
