Cannot get app to work. Please advise how I remove my "3 day free trial" option to avoid being charged.

My sons school asked me to trial this for him. I cannot get app to work and certainly do not wish to be charged post trial period. Please advise how to cancel by the end of today. Thank you

Will not read site unless on Google Docs

For some odd reason, my speechify will not work unless I'm using it on Google Docs. I'm paying for premium and it was working not too long ago. Please help as soon as you can!

How do I change the speed?

When I first purchased speechify it gave me speed levels and I wanted to increase the speed? Do you have directions to log back in to google chrome to change that?
