OUTPUT FORMATS • Plain text — one URL per line • Markdown — [Page Title](https://url) for Obsidian, Notion, GitHub • JSON — {"title": "...", "url": "..."} array for scripts and AI assistants • CSV — title,url with header row for Excel and Google Sheets PRIVACY FIRST This extension requests only the "tabs" permission. There are no background processes, no data collection, no external servers, no cookies, no analytics, and no host permissions. Your browsing data never leaves your device. HOW TO USE 1. Click the Safe Tab URL Lister icon in your toolbar 2. Choose your output format (plain text, Markdown, JSON, or CSV) 3. Optionally check "Include all windows" to collect tabs from every open Chrome window 4. Click Copy — the full list is now in your clipboard COMMON USE CASES • Snapshot your research session before closing Chrome • Share a reading list with colleagues as Markdown links • Feed your open tabs to an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as JSON for analysis • Export to CSV and track links in a spreadsheet • Build runbooks and documentation from your browser session FAQ Q: Does this extension track my browsing? A: No. Zero network requests are made. No data ever leaves your device. You can verify this in Chrome DevTools — there is no outbound traffic. Q: What permissions does it need? A: Only the "tabs" permission, which allows reading the list of open tabs. No host permissions, no storage, no cookies, no identity access. Q: Does it work across multiple windows? A: Yes.
