Used to work. Now it doesn't. Tried on different computers and tablets. Unistalled/Reinstalled. WAS a great extension for XBMC, but is usless now.

It works fine if you follow the instructions and install the plugin first. The xbmc webserver port does not matter. I have a raspberry pi with Openelec and the webserver port 80 running. The port of the playit service is set to 8100 in both systems (the xbmc plugin and the browser plugin) and it just works fine. The default port of 8181 does somehow cause problems.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Does nothing, and on top of that gives you ads (that adblocker blocks) Sketchy app, as I never installed it to begin with, it must have been hidden into a piece of a software I installed. Limits the ports to 8100 - 8199 so it is unusable for most

Will not connect. I use 8080 as my XBMC port. 6 devices interconnected through that port. Not gonna change em all

Port settings reqiuire 4 Digits but my XMBC is reachable via Port 80/8080 "Value Range 8100 - 8199."
