care Memo puts your clinic's own operational notes beside your booking software. Clinic front-desk staff work in their booking system all day. The notes that matter for running the day — "allergic to the diffuser", "parks in the back lane", "prefers bed 2" — do not belong in a clinical chart, and nobody wants to switch tabs to find them. This extension shows those notes in a panel beside the page. HOW IT WORKS • Hold Alt and click a client's name on the schedule — the panel opens with that client's notes. • Open a patient page and the panel opens by itself (can be switched off). • Type a note and it is saved to your clinic's care server immediately. • Pin a note and it stays at the top. • Mark a note private and only you and the clinic owner can see it. • Search past notes from the same box; matches are highlighted. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO This extension does not read clinical records, charts, appointments, insurance or billing. It never contacts the booking system's servers and never reads its cookies. From the page it reads exactly two things: the patient number in the address bar, and the text you Alt+clicked (up to 60 characters). Both are sent only to your own care server, only to find which of your own clients you are looking at. If the client it finds has no patient number on file yet, that number is saved onto their record in your own care server, so next time they can be found by number instead of by name. It is saved only when exactly one client matches and no one else already holds that number; when several clients match, only to the one you pick on screen. A record that already has a number is never overwritten. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party. REQUIREMENTS You need a care account at your clinic.
