If the browser was closed at that time, the check runs when it next opens. Inactivity reminders fire when the chosen time has passed since you last changed a show’s episode or a movie’s minutes watched, not at the episode check. Completed and dropped titles are not reminded. In settings you can control: - How often to look up shows on TMDB - How long without a progress update before an inactivity reminder - Turning either reminder off entirely (`Never`) --- Privacy - Your watchlist and settings are stored **locally** in your browser - The extension does **not** create an account - Title search and season checks use the public [TMDB API](https://www.themoviedb.org/) - No personal watchlist data is uploaded to a Nyatching List server ---
