purchase the app

I have a kinder student at Emerson Elementary in the Riverside unified school district. He was in virtual school last year and used Lexia. It was awesome. They will eventually get Chrome books this year but will not be able to bring them home. I would like him to be able to do Lexia lessons at home. Can I purchase the app separate from the district or do I need permission from them to use it?

Can't get in!

I'm using a brand new Chromebook, and I can't log into the site even though we have the proper OS and can access it on an older Chromebook.

App won't start

The app says it needs Chrome 72 to open. I update chromebook to latest version, 72. App still says it needs Chrome 72 to open. Website won't work either, won't complete login, username and password work, it verifies/asks my child's name, then processing screen stays processing, nothing happens. I went to extensions page of play store and clicked some stuff, still nothing, for either app or website. What am I missing?
