Overview
AI legal assistant: legal review, contract analysis, legal drafting help, risk flags & judgment summaries on any page. Private.
Lexi for Chrome puts AI legal review and drafting in your browser side panel. Ask questions about the contract, lease, NDA, terms of service, judgment, statute or filing page you are viewing—without moving your work into another app. WHAT LEXI HELPS YOU DO • Review contracts and flag potentially risky terms, including auto-renewal, broad indemnity, arbitration and class-action waivers, unilateral amendments and liquidated damages. • Explain clauses in plain English, define legal jargon and avoid assuming a jurisdiction unless you specify one. • Extract key dates, obligations, parties and required actions into a structured, copyable table. • Draft or revise legal text using the page you are viewing as context. • Summarize judgments and statutes by holding, reasoning, disposition, key provisions and cited authorities. • Get a clear “What am I agreeing to?” summary before accepting online terms. • Analyze a chart, table or signature block with Screenshot & Ask. HOW IT WORKS Open Lexi from Chrome’s side panel, sign in with your Lexi account and choose a quick action or ask a question. Lexi uses text from the page you choose—and an image only when you use Screenshot & Ask—to produce a grounded response. Conversations started in Chrome are saved to your Lexi account so you can continue them in the Lexi web app. A Lexi account is required. Extension usage follows the limits of your existing Lexi plan.
