Lexa adds a dyslexia-friendly reading layer to any webpage, without changing how the site looks for anyone else. FEATURES • Dyslexia-optimised fonts — Lexend, Atkinson Hyperlegible, OpenDyslexic, and more • Adjustable text size, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing • Column width control to reduce line length fatigue • Sentence-per-line mode for easier tracking • Reading ruler that follows your cursor • Reading progress bar • Page tint overlay (cream, sepia, blue, green, rose) • Key term and statistic highlights • Dark, light, and cream themes • Works on news articles, blogs, Wikipedia, and most long-form content • No accounts. No data collection. No external requests. Completely free. KEYBOARD SHORTCUT Alt+Shift+L (Option+Shift+L on Mac) toggles reader mode on/off. PRIVACY Lexa stores your preferences locally using Chrome sync storage. No data ever leaves your browser.
