The Extension feature is good, but some times its take me to try multiple times to activate it. The main issue i face that they take to much information even in UPI withdrawal, they need to make the withdrawal process easy, that make the interface worse. there competitor application provide Amazon Pay withdraw that give instant withdraw. some thing like that letyshop should also do.

FRAUDS! They have not giving me cashback I have earned from buying TV through them. Now I have 107 stuck with them.

They do not credit the cashback. They run campaigns to call customers with special cashback days and in the neither normal nor special value are added. Support is miserable.

earlier it was good but now even after activating cashback , cashback is not credited and also unnecessary cashback approve or reject notification I'm receiving and cannot find any option to disable it
