Lesuto developer toolkit — SDK studio companion, ad/analytics/tracking shield for Chameleon SDK deployments.

Lesuto Chameleon Toolkit is the official developer tool for the Lesuto Chameleon e-commerce platform. This gives merchants, suppliers, and developers three capabilities in one Manifest V3 extension 1. SDK STUDIO COMPANION ____________________________ Sign in to your Lesuto channel right from the popup. Pick a channel and a deployment ("store"), and inject the visual Studio editor into any normal https page. Edits save as drafts, scoped to the channel + host + store you are on, and publish to your real deployment config when you are ready. Same editor whether you launch it here, from a bookmarklet, or from the demo sandbox. Chrome New Tab and other chrome:// pages cannot receive Studio (open a real website first). On CSP-locked sites where bookmarklets fail silently, Open Studio is the reliable path. 2. TRACKING SHIELD (opt-in) _____________________________ The master switch starts OFF. Turn it on when you want invisible sessions: block analytics, social pixels, ad networks, and Lesuto's own behavioral telemetry while you develop, test, or demo your storefront. Your activity stays invisible to Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and more. No false pageviews, fake conversion events, or polluted user segments from developer sessions. Flip it back off when you need real events to fire. 3. CLEAN DEPLOY PAGES _________________________ With Ad Networks enabled under the shield, block 29 ad networks at the network layer, hide known display-ad shells with cosmetic CSS (YouTube, Google Search, Reddit, AdSense/GPT), and remove native Sponsored / Promoted feed cards on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Built for clean storefront previews and screenshot-ready social proof. Skips Ads Manager / Business Suite / Campaign Manager so your ad tooling stays usable. Chrome's declarativeNetRequest API blocks tracker and ad URLs before they leave the browser 2. A content script intercepts fetch, XMLHttpRequest, sendBeacon, gtag, fbq, ttq, pintrk, and dataLayer.push — including tracking-specific GraphQL mutations that share endpoints with normal API calls 3. Cosmetic CSS hides known display-ad containers 4. A social feed filter watches the DOM and collapses Sponsored / Promoted units on major social sites (not Ads Manager) Blocked requests receive safe no-op responses so the host application continues to function normally. The Studio companion injects a single first-party, version-pinned script from www.lesuto.com (for example chameleon-studio.v2.0.1.js) only when you click Open Studio. Changing that pin requires an extension update. The rolling chameleon-studio.js URL is used by the bookmarklet and demo surfaces. One editor, one source of truth.
