Lens IQS brings the Information Quality Standard to any article you read. The Information Quality Standard (IQS) is a transparent, 0–100 score that grades news on what actually shapes it: its sourcing, its framing, and its conflicts of interest. Think of it as a nutrition label for information. This extension puts that score one click away — on the page you're already reading. What you get ⬩ A score for the article in front of you. Click the icon and get the IQS score, its quality band (Clean, Distorted, etc), the outlet's bias label, and a count of flagged sentences. ⬩ Highlights, in context. Turn on "Highlight on page" to mark biased, opinionated, speculative, and loaded sentences directly in the article — color-coded by type. Hover any highlight for an index card explaining the call. ⬩ The full report, one click away. How it works The extension reads the article text from the page and sends it to the Lens IQS engine for scoring — the exact same engine and result you'd get on lens.cx. What you need A free Lens account. Sign in at lens.cx, and the extension uses your existing session — your plan and daily limits work exactly as they do on the website. Privacy The extension only acts on the page when you click it. It sends the current article's text to Lens to generate a score and stores your recent results locally in your browser.
