Adds note taking and card keeping features to the Spelltable website

Addon to provide extra functions for Spelltable when playing MTG/EDH/Commander. Helps players track cards on the table by letting them pin them to players' screens and mark their location (battlefield, graveyard, etc). Good for new players as they are learning the game and also helps track what players have in their graveyard and exile so you don't have to repeatedly ask. Current Features: -Creates spaces to take private notes on players' boards. -Allows you to send cards from the native Spelltable search to players' boards for later reference. -Saves board state on window refresh. Future features: -Give us some feedback, we'd love to hear some ideas!
