When the stream drops — which happens more often than it should — it reconnects automatically within seconds, so you never miss what's happening at your door. WHAT IT DOES • Watches the Ring live view in the background • Detects dropped or stalled streams within seconds • Reconnects automatically, no manual reloads • Shows a red toolbar icon the moment the connection drops • Keeps a local log of the last 50 reconnect events so you can see what happened overnight WHY WE BUILT IT Ring's web live view randomly disconnects after a few minutes, especially on slower connections.
